Description of the research topic:
The driving force of globalization in the 21st century is the spread of technical innovations of
international/global companies (international trade, international marketing, international
logistics, building international supply chains) and the application of infocommunication
results in all areas of society and economy.
In the global corporate competition, companies that can adapt innovative procedures and
techniques better and faster gain a competitive advantage. The formation of a knowledge-
based society is based on the achievements of knowledge-based companies, and human
capital: the development and continuous training of human resources is essential for the
adoption and application of new technology. The application of AI and the widespread
development of robotization also presupposes the global labor market movement and mobility
of specialized IT professionals and the bridging of intercultural gaps. When selecting IT
specialists, headhunting companies can test the most advanced technical skills, even with the
use of AI.
In addition to the innovative technical tools of online recruitment, the selection also has
innovative personal elements, since the candidates have to integrate into another culture (even
company culture). Therefore, the importance of the human factor cannot be ignored.
