Description of the research topic:

Positive psychology's main concept is that it builds on a person’s internal resources. Based on Antonovsky’s sense of coherence concept can be a basis of the new vocational rehabilitation perspective that could be fruitful in research and practice. The learned optimism and the experience of flow during work, together with the personal positive source competencies, are interdisciplinary perspectives.
The envisaged research can help to plan programs to investigate the role of SOC in the vocational rehabilitation process. The findings (as the connection between SOC, former workplace environment, open-mindedness and care, and returning to work) hopefully can help to find new ways to establish new programs in order to improve the process of vocational rehabilitation.
