Description of the research topic:

Our research and development intensive tasks will be in advance, the identification of prevalence of B. anserina in different (domesticated or wild) also birds of passage species. By the realization of laboratory tests appropriate are the next methods: Proteomic analysis (Gel-electrophoresis, Mass spectroscopy), Liquid Chromatography, ELISA in combination with Immunoblot, also PCR.
