Description of the research topic:

„In last decades, brand loyalty has emerged as a key of companies’ success. However, it is questionable, is it enough focusing on loyalty? The concept of brand communities has risen in more and more research as an answer to that question. Brand communities are the most devoted group of customers of a brand and offers a relatively new research area – meaning an interesting topic for the scientific sphere as well. In the frame of this topic, the concept of brand communities and its relationship with brand loyalty can be examined with qualitative and quantitative methods.”
