Description of the research topic:

Clock reactions are generally accompanied by sudden visual effects reflecting the extent of a real chemical system which may easily attract the attention of curious students. Upon selecting the most suitable systems they are able to learn playfully not only the fundaments of reaction kinetics but also to see the real application of higher seemingly dry mathematics.
