Description of the research topic:

"There have been major shifts in property markets, as the result of the Covid-19 pandemic, the sudden rise in interest rates, the arrival of war refugees, and golden visa applicants (special visa for gig economy workers or high earners, or foreign retirees).
A couple of ideas, directions to explore: a) Can work from home schemes revitalize rural areas in Europe? b) positive and negative effect of war on house prices, spillover (distance to war and conflict zone) analysis, c) housing affordability and cost of living standard shifts Europe versus Asia in the new millenium. "
