Description of the research topic:

Human conflicts are being exposed with a growing frequency within public education, higher education and sports nowadays. The relevancy of the topic is supported by the conflict management of teachers and sports experts who have an impact on students’ behaviour towards managing conflicts. The readers are provided with a theoretical and practical background of conflict pedagogy and management. In addition, quantitative and qualitative research methods related to strategies in conflict management are introduced.

The topic belongs to the Sport and Health Promotion doctoral programme.
