Description of the research topic:
Sustainability indicators play a prominent role in the operation of agricultural enterprises and not only as conditions for obtaining support. The focus of the research topic is agricultural production and food industry enterprises. Sustainability encompasses several aspects of corporate management, including financial sustainability and environmental sustainability. The aim of the research is to evaluate agricultural enterprises with controlling tools in terms of sustainability indicators. During the research, viability, profitability, and producer risk management can be examined by examining economic effects, setting up models, and preparing farmer surveys. The topic also highlights the controlling and risk management aspects of sustainability.
