Description of the research topic:
Scientific research on artificial intelligence is growing by leaps and bounds every year. However, the social impact of AI is addressed in only a minority of published papers. The announced topic aims to change this, as the impact of AI applications on social inequalities, the evolution of entrepreneurship, the uptake by businesses, the innovation of education, and the inequalities in access to and use of services are very significant. Areas of research interest could include health, social, educational services, media, marketing services, social and psychological barriers to uptake, and social and regional variations in these.
