Description of the research topic:
The concept of resilience is derived from psychology and has the meaning of resilience. It refers to how quickly a firm can adapt to a changing environment. These environmental changes can be manifold, if we think of recent events such as the effects of the pandemic and now the energy crisis. The theme reflects on which indicators can adequately capture the resilience of businesses, at micro and macro level. Which factors and growth drivers can be used to successfully drive business development, thus promoting the criteria for sustainable and resilient growth.
