Description of the research topic:

In the "fog" of the Russian-Ukrainian war, it is still difficult to see completely clearly on many issues, but some contours are clearly visible. One of these is that, while on the Russian side the large-scale developments of recent years have left the human subsystem of the Russian armed forces intact, on the Ukrainian side they have touched the human subsystem and adopted mission command. All of this can provide many lessons for the Hungarian Defence Forces, the scientific investigation of which can significantly help the transition to a mission command in the Hungarian armed forces.
