Description of the research topic:

The introduction of biological therapy has revolutionized the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis. Alongside TNF-alpha treatment, the course and activity of the disease, as well as the quality of life of patients, have fundamentally changed. This new treatment approach is also being applied in the treatment of both adults and children.

Monitor changes in symptoms and quality of life in response to biological therapy.
Follow-up on chronically ill children whose condition may persist throughout their lives and affect the development of their quality of life.
Highlight the relevance and societal significance of the topic.
Explore the research in molecular biology and its application in JIA treatment.
Explore the characteristics of the condition and demographic data both internationally and domestically.
Children and biological therapy?
Why is it revolutionary?
Assessing knowledge related to JIA.
Obtain answers to the following questions: how does biological therapy affect children's
a. well-being, mood
b. play activities, sports
c. learning
d. social relationships
e. and integration into the community.
Gathering experiences: data from the "BRAVE CAMP" foundation, organized for sick children, could also be processed, gathered from pediatric rheumatology departments and clinics.

With the obtained results, insight can be gained into the impact of biological therapy on quality of life.
