Description of the research topic:

Access to healthcare professionals work satisfaction and health status determining factors

An increasing number of healthcare workers are experiencing severe burnout. Burnout leads to higher levels of frustration among affected workers, making them more impatient and causing disturbances in their interpersonal relationships. The consequences of this disturbance may include increased workplace conflicts and aggression from patients and their relatives. This area has not been previously examined in Hungary, thus it is important to explore the possible connections between burnout, workplace conflict, and experienced aggressive acts, and to identify potential preventive measures.
