Description of the research topic:

The aim of the research is to examine the social causes of changes in the population's health status using the method of historical epidemiology. Additionally, we intend to investigate which factors (lifestyle, legislative regulations, central educational, and social measures) have contributed to changes in the population's health status and in what manner they have been manifested.

In our comparative study, we aim to compare Hungarian data, measures, and factors influencing the distinctive social structure with countries having similar social arrangements.
