Description of the research topic:

The regular physical activity plays a role in shaping and maintaining physical, mental, and spiritual health. Regular physical activity plays a role in preventing numerous diseases and positively influences quality of life. Physical inactivity has severe public health and economic implications. There is a connection between a sedentary lifestyle and the development of certain diseases (obesity, diabetes, musculoskeletal disorders, cardiovascular diseases, depression, cancer). Regular exercise is significant in secondary and tertiary prevention for reducing disease progression and preventing complications. Movement programs used in post-rehabilitation are applied within the framework of clinical sports and sports therapy for various chronic diseases or post-surgery conditions.

Areas addressed during the processing of the topic include:

The preventive effect of regular exercise on the development of obesity, diabetes, musculoskeletal disorders, cardiovascular diseases, depression, and cancer.
Prevention exercise programs for different age groups.
Application possibilities of preventive exercise materials (core training, proprioceptive training, stretching) and examination of their effects.
Clinical sports and sports therapy in internal medicine, musculoskeletal, gynecological, psychiatric, and pediatric conditions.
Prevention and therapeutic exercise materials related to occupational diseases.

During the processing of the topic, healthcare and fitness surveys are conducted, disease-specific questionnaires, health assessment scales, and quality of life questionnaires are used.
