Description of the research topic:
We can talk about many forms of innovation: product, service, production/process, marketing, and organizational innovation. Without constant renewal, which is an important source of increasing business performance, companies will not be able to compete. Today, innovation is seen as open, with companies collaborating with other companies, their customers, their suppliers, and the scientific community. The Internet, digitalization, makes it easier to access vast amounts of knowledge outside the company, crowdsourcing has been created. Ph.D. students can engage in research on the effects of any type of innovation on corporate operations and business performance and on the barriers to innovation. The research methodology is typically quantitative, but qualitative methods can also be used.
Further requirements: • Good analysis skills, some proficiency in quantitative methods.
• Ability to process English language literature.
• Basic knowledge of innovation.
