Description of the research topic:

One of the main challenges facing the country is to increase the value of the public sector while reducing expenditure. The research topic focuses on the strategy making, organizational challenges, and performance management of public organizations (in particular, in the central public administration, in municipalities, and in the higher education institutions). Special emphasis is put on the transformation of public services with the methodology of “Service Design” and with the support of digital tools, often jointly with other actors within or outside the public sector.

Further requirements:
A high level of theoretical and practical interest in public sector management. Preliminary experience in the topic and the sector. Flexibility in the common definition of an accurate research topic.
