Description of the research topic:

Information technology (IT) is not only a critical condition for the operation of organizations, but in most cases also an essential competitive factor. The research topic examines the relationship between the latest digital technologies and the "business" (core profile of the organization) from the strategic level (aligning business and IT strategies, exploring IT opportunities for competitive advantages), through the breakdown of strategies (IT project portfolio and program management, preparation of individual IT projects), until their implementation (management of IT projects), and ex-post evaluation. Further possible topic is the significance of digital platforms for competitive advantage.

Further requirements:
