Description of the research topic:

Present doctoral school -research topic enables participating Ph.D. students to conduct independent scientific research to investigate the preventive measures (mainly primary prevention- tools) of the most common civilization-related chronic non-communicable diseases (eg. allergies, obesity, metabolic syndrome, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, etc) which are affecting public health indicators in many aspects. It also gives the opportunity for drawing scientific conclusions based on research observations of the main tendencies and characteristics of the diseases and their preventive measures. The results of the studies should be published in scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals. The doctoral theme can contribute to the spreading of the desirable approach to clinical prevention, well-applicable in everyday practice.
