Description of the research topic:

The primary purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the efficacy of adaptive reuse and regeneration strategies in urban landscapes. It aims to understand how repurposing existing structures and underutilized spaces can contribute to sustainable urban development, cultural preservation, and environmental resilience. This research seeks to identify best practices, challenges, and opportunities associated with adaptive reuse, providing insights for urban planners, policymakers, and landscape architects to create more livable, resilient, and culturally enriched urban environments.
