Description of the research topic:

The aim of the PhD research is to investigate the internal and external factors of competitiveness of small businesses. As a starting point a literature review is expected to sharpen the research question(s), and related empirical research and to expose the adequate theories in business and management. As an outcome, PhD students will be aware of the levels of competitiveness, their related theories, and approaches and master research competences at level of enterprises to formulate ad manage relevant research projects later.
