Description of the research topic:

Customs, rituals and myths related to and practiced in ancient Greek sanctuaries are analysed based on literary and archaeological testimonia. Problems concerning archaic and classical agriculture, industry and trade, minting and usage of Greek coins may be chosen as well, especially in connection with temples and sanctuaries.
