Description of the research topic:

History traditionally is the alternation of war and peace, but civilization has produced rules to regulate conflicts. In the name of bellum justum in the 19th century jus in bello tried to limit the conflicts of the modern era. These rules and their application in addition to better understanding contacts also helps the study of international relations, as well as the examination of "war" societies.
