Description of the research topic:

The political, military and social history of Italy is rich in topics not yet studied and such as to attract the interest of Hungarian and international scholars. The study of these issues is also important for understanding Hungarian history, given that Italy was an important point of reference for the Hungarians over the centuries, and in the 19-20th century particularly intense relationships were formed.
