Description of the research topic:

Kierkegaard wrote the majority of his works under different pseudonyms, creating a specifically constructed body of texts, and the identification of the inspiring theatrical and dramatic impulses could be the same important from a poetical point of view, as the influence Kierkegaard’s oeuvre in its specific construction excercised to the Scandinavian and later to the European playwrighting and theater. This phenomena can be best understood in the context of the authors’ strategy of his age, revealing the character of intertextuality present in his works, that included his open and hidden polemics with his cointemporaries that influenced much more than those living in the Danish „golden age” but was reinterpreted in the 20th century history of theory and of literature.
