Description of the research topic:

The actuality of the topic is justified by the legislative changes that took place in the life of disaster management in 2012. The current legislation has taken a new approach to the place and the role of voluntary civil protection in the system of disaster management tasks. This also justifies having the topic researched from a technical and a logistical point of view to ensure that the appropriate solutions are found and carried out. The goal is to be more effective during the process of getting these tasks across to the population about the voluntary civil protection.
Procedures appropriate to the recruitment, training, equipment and national examination system for voluntary and compulsory civil protection and the national examination system for interventions should be explored and substantiated by scientific research and their technical and logistical background, the method of supply, the possible ways of obtaining, storing and maintaining the equipment needed for the interventions, and the methods of resupply.
Aims of the research:

1. Analysis of the applicability of methods known in the literature,
2. Development of goal-oriented methods and expectations that adapt to EU expectations and the needs of domestic authorities,
3. A critical comparison of the developed methods and procedures with the regulatory systems and procedures adopted by the authority.
Proposed and anticipated scientific results:

Comparison and analysis of the results of data gathering, analysis, research and literature with scientific thoroughness.
