Description of the research topic:
According to international statistics, the number of disasters is undoubtedly increasing; it, in turn, demonstrably raises the number of interventions and measures on their elimination. Obviously, the responsible authorities and their leaders are facing a challenge and they are forced to review the tactical possibilities and set of special equipment applied so far, preferably improve them or introduce new ones instead of the old.
Research objectives:
1. Discovering and understanding the basic patterns that describe disasters and their course; based on them, determining the tactical possibilities and set of special equipment needed to eliminate disasters.
2. Analysing the currently used intervention methods, revealing the basic patterns, defects, barriers and opportunities.
3. Analysing the use of technical equipment needed for the elimination of disasters, revealing opportunities and barriers as well as creating innovative technical equipment.
New scientific result to be achieved:
1. Understanding the theoretical basis, patterns of the techniques of intervention at the strategic, tactical and operative levels; the interpretation or, if necessary, reinterpretation of the events and their elimination
2. Developing new techniques on the basis of the interaction patterns and proving their effectiveness, preferably with experiments or testing
3. Analysing and further developing the possible uses of standard technical equipment, and justifying the benefits of further development
4. Discovering the possible uses of technical equipment that are not yet standard, creating new equipment and justifying its benefits
