Description of the research topic:

Cardiovascular Diseases remain the leading global causes of mortality and imposes a substantial health and economic burden. High blood pressure, high cholesterol, and dietary risks were the predominant preventable risk factors. The study aims to evaluate and project the health policy impact on the burden of disease and risk factors across European Union countries through different scenarios of the microsimulation models using European Health Interview Survey data.
