Description of the research topic:

The research project may be aimed at formal or informal, industrial or independent actors and scenes of cultural production, the changing conditions of work in the cultural industries, and/or the labour process in the cultural industries. It may focus on the relationship between social structure – class or gender relations – and cultural production, the relationship of cultural production and labour to the market and the state, and the relationship between cultural production and digitalisation and platformisation. The research relies on qualitative methods.
