Description of the research topic:

The investigation shall be focussed on thematic progression and anaphora. The author of the dissertation has to describe the distribution of themes and rhemes in different types of literary and non-literary texts, as well as the functioning of coreference in the broad sense. The aim of the investigation is to establish a clear textual typology and to get an insight into psycholinguistic processes creating discourse units. Pedagogical implications are welcome. Supervision and thesis in French.
