Description of the research topic:

Based on critical sociolinguistic conceptualizations of multilingualism, the doctoral research is expected to explore the complex interplay between individual and social dimensions of multilingualism, migration and globalization through a mixed-methods approach, with a comparative analysis of Global North and Global South perspectives and practices on transnational multilingual arrangements.
