Description of the research topic:

During this PhD, the candidate will have the opportunity to combine AI-based ethological methods with state-of-the-art molecular and imaging techniques to characterise the differences and similarities between the behaviour of larval and juvenile zebrafish and paradise fish

Required language skills: English
Further requirements: 
Familiarity with basic molecular biology techniques, being able to write scripts in Python and/or R. Experience in confocal microscopy is an advantage.
