Description of the research topic:

Using a novel high-throughput activity assay, our aim is to identify novel small molecule inhibitors for exonucleases that are relevant in the immunotherapy field. Our efforts will aid both radiation and chemotherapeutics to promote IFN-dependent antitumor immunity.
