Description of the research topic:

The aim of the research is to investigate the dynamics of digital marketing, with a particular focus on areas such as e-commerce, consumer behaviour, online marketing controlling and the role of artificial intelligence.

1. E-commerce:
What trends are influencing e-commerce strategies and how are companies adapting to the challenges of online sales?

2. Consumer behaviour:
What influence do digital channels have on consumer purchasing decisions in different countries? How do online experiences and content consumption influence consumer preferences?

3. Online marketing controlling:
What methods and tools help companies to measure and control the effectiveness of online marketing?

4. The role of artificial intelligence (AI):
How do companies integrate artificial intelligence into their digital marketing strategies? How does AI contribute to the effectiveness of personalised experiences and targeted marketing?

Expected results:
Our goal is to understand the relationships between the domains and the effectiveness of the tools used.
