Description of the research topic:
Euphorbiaceaespecies biosynthesize and accumulate special diterpenoids. Asteraceae species are characterized by the biosynthesis and accumulation of diverse secondary metabolites. Tasks of the applicant are: Collecting the plant material to be examined and transporting them to Hungary. Isolation of secondary metabolites with biological activity from plants using different chromatographic methods. Structure elucidation of isolated compounds based on their HRMS and NMR spectra.
