Description of the research topic:

The research is focused on topology optimizing structures for sustainability and efficiency. Topology optimization is a design process that seeks to find the optimal layout of a structure given a set of performance objectives and constraints. Sustainable topology optimization takes this process a step further by introducing environmental considerations into the optimization process. The goal is to create structures that not only meet the desired performance criteria but also minimize their environmental impact. This involves using advanced computational tools to identify the most efficient use of materials and energy while still ensuring structural integrity and safety. By incorporating sustainability into the design process. We can create structures that are not only functional but also contribute to a more sustainable future for our planet.
