Description of the research topic:

Objective
The research’s objective is to analyse the potential correlation between the
proliferation of the emerging Fin-Tech solutions and the shift of the
traditional retail banking patterns. The research will analyse the additional
retail banking growth potential and its forecasted limit.
The aim of the research is to detect and investigate the probable correlation
between the emerging Fin-Tech services and the shifting traditional banking
habits of private individuals. The research will analyze the growth potential
of rgw private banking services, its inflection point and its predictable upper
limit. Primary data collection will be followed by data cleansing. The
quantitative analysis chapter of this research focuses on the comparison of
the results derived from the cleansed primary data collection and the data
series of the leading statistical offices.
Topic Description
The appropriate banking implementation of the Fin-Tech services is
necessary to preserve the competitiveness of the financial institutions. An
up-to-date interpretation of the patterns of changing residential banking
habits is a necessary precondition for the successful strategy road-map
within the banking sector. This research specifically analyzes the change in
the retail banking habits as a function of the rise of Fin-Tech services.
Furthermore, this research provides mathematically justified conclusions,
forecasts and board-level decision support.
Research methodology
This research relies on both primary data collection and data from novel
statistical offices. The methodology of this research is quantitative analysis
with correlation calculation.
Research questions
- What are the primary root-causes of changes in the retail banking habits?
- Do the emerging Fin-Tech solutions control or follow the changing retail
banking habits?
- What supplemential growth potential do Fin-Tech solutions in the banking
sector provide?
- What are the limits of this supplemential growth derived from the Fic-Tech
services?
Expected results
- Quantification of the additional growth potential generated by Fin-Tech
services in terms of the retail banking services.
- Forecasting the upper limit of the additional growth generated by Fin-Tech
services
- Development of the implementation plan for the optimal Fin-Tech
service mix for the retail banking sector
