Description of the research topic:

Exploring the existing practices and opportunities of personal support and
analysing the impact of personal support in the development of
entrepreneurial human skills
• How do existing forms of personal support and practices impact and
shape the human skills of entrepreneurs?
• What forms of personal support are available to entrepreneurs in
different countries? (international comparison)
• How do forms of personal support contribute to the commitment to
entrepreneurship?
• How are entrepreneurs' perceptions of their entrepreneurial roles
shaped? What role does personal support play in this? How does the
individual concept of the entrepreneurial role influence the
functioning of the enterprise?
• How do the significant changes in entrepreneurs' concepts and views
affect the functioning of the enterprise?
The findings in this area can be integrated into business education at the
secondary and tertiary levels to develop human skills for
entrepreneurship.
