Description of the research topic:

A spontaneous high-grade B-cell lymphoma has been found to show a tissue-specific accumulation and retention in the mesenteric lymph nodes and spleen following intraperitoneal injection; however, the cellular and molecular components contributing to this restricted spreading are unknown. The aim of this study is to determine those stromal factors (cellular and molecular) that promote the lymphatic spreading and target tissue accumulation of this lymphoma by using combined cellular immunological and imaging procedures.
