"Integrative taxonomical examinations of certain mycorrhiza-forming fungal genera and species-groups, including traditional morphological, molecular phylogenetical and comparative ecological investigations as well.
Establishment of sterile cultures of mycorrhiza-forming fungi, optimisation of their maintenance, determination of environmental requirements (temperature, water potential, nutrient requirements, etc.), research in stress physiology.
