Description of the research topic:
Research and development of plant-based food products. Searching for new foods, raw materials and developing their application possibilities. Testing plant-based raw materials, measuring them using different methods, developing methods where necessary. Examination of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, by-products, analysis of results using mathematical methods. Development, optimisation and critical processing of production technology and parameters. Research and search for new processing methods.
