Description of the research topic:

The image-based (PET / CT, MRI) treatment planning, intensity-modulated
radiotherapy, image-guided radiation therapy, adaptive radiation therapy
improve both efficacy and tolerability of treatment. The use of
sophisticated techniques allows the therapeutic dose to be increased.
Combined use of the procedures, the advent of the dynamic tumor response
can reduce side effects and improve the quality of life of the patient.
