Description of the research topic:

The research topic focuses on the origins, evolution and future of the legal institution of Union Citizenship in the European integration, with a special attention to the case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Union. Within this relatively broad research topic, the specific title of the individual research (e.g. free movement, dual citizenship, social assistance issues, or European Citizens’ Initiative) will be determined after a personal consultation.
