Description of the research topic:

The examination of the theoretical and practical issues of the agricultural holding system includes the research of the transaction of the components of the agricultural holding, especially the agricultural and forestry land, which is the material side of the agricultural holding. The transfer and the succession of the agricultural holding as an economic unit and its individual components are also the subject of the examination. In addition, the topic includes the examination of the possible legal forms of the agricultural holding system and the environmental issues affecting the components of the agricultural holding.
