Legal History, Natural Law Legal Philosophical Thinking; Historical Jurisprudence based on Natural Law. History of Constitutional and Administrative Law; Natural Law Background of State Development and Fundamental Rights and Principles of Privat and Public Law

Hungarian History of Ideas in 18-19th centuries; The Law of Reason School’s and Kantian Jurisprudence’s role in Hungarian Development of Law. The Impact of Natural Law on Hungarian Legal Public Mind; Integration of Natural-law Elements of Hungarian Political and Public Legal Thinking of „Reform Era” into the National Legal and Political Sciences; Natural Law State Conception of 18-19th centuries in Hungarian Legal Public Mind; Nature of the Sovereign Rights of the State by Natural Law; Questions Referred to Relations Developed between the 19th and 20th Centuries

The clarification of the topic will be concluded according to the research plan discussed by the applicants and supervisors.
