Cultural and artistic works are the bastion of copyright. The rules for their use, the infringements committed and their effective protection are central to the current social and economic system. Particular emphasis may be placed on the right to the integrity of the work, the system of equitable remuneration for authors and the copyright protection of non-commercial works. The topic indicated above may also include certain issues of the copyright status of creators and performers, as well as detailed rules for the use of cultural and artistic works. Within the topic, the situation of works of fine and applied arts, as well as the possibilities of effective legal protection of folklore may also be worth examining.
