THESIS TOPIC PROPOSAL

Institute: University of Debrecen
computer sciences
Doctoral School of Informatics

Thesis supervisor: László Kovács
Location of studies (in Hungarian): University of Debrecen, Faculty of Inforamtics
Abbreviation of location of studies: DEIK

Description of the research topic:

The research topic focuses on the research and development of autonomous solutions, autonomous robots, drones for self-driving vehicles, autonomous solutions using advanced machine learning methods, deep learning algorithms for widespread sensor signal analysis, sensor development, and simulation data analysis including communications. The topic is cover the investigation and implementation of advanced embedded artificial intelligence systems in applied and industry-oriented research and development. It is included the design, development, and integration of specific sensors and detectors into complex systems. The research theme also includes research analysis tasks implemented through simulation technologies. This will involve the research development of related advanced machine learning techniques, sensor developments, sensor signal analysis, and robot developments in a simulation environment before their implementation in a model and industrial environment.
