Description of the research topic:

Knowledge of the main results and achievements in Coding Theory. Studying codebased cryptographic systems. Further, studying elliptic curves over finite fields and analyzing their applications in Cryptography. The student must study the algorithms of the whole topic in a creative way, including implementing algorithms and cryptographic systems. Finally, the student must take part in research for working out new codebased methods for encryption and decryption.
