Description of the research topic:

Syllabus
Beside the designing and the installation of a modern manufacturing process an appropriate informatics background has to be always available since computer controlled, automated working machines and measuring machines having more axes are worked. Consequently the research of these processes are informatics and mechanical significant resident. Beside the development of the manufacturing process the informatics control and measuring system have to be developed. In case of the practical realization of the manufacturing technology the measuring of the established cutting force, temperature, noise and vibration parameters by informatics devices on a given working machine (digital camera, digital thermal camera, computer aided cutting force measuring, etc.). The evaluation of the received results by computer softwares. Creation of new informatics softwares and designing and installation of new informatics devices for the facilitation and automatization of designings, calculations and analysis. Creation of technological modell by computer aided manufactruing planning, modelling and finite element softwares. During the modelling and the real production by measuring the comparative analysis of the received results. Based on the results suggestion could be given for the modification of the cutting tool geometry, the applied technological parameters and the type of the working machine.
