Description of the research topic:

In this project we will first plan to understand the characteristics of mucin homeostasis in human and after that, we will go to the bench side and will use sophisticated, new generational biomedical techniques to get answers for our questions.The project focuses on cross-functional collaborations between clinicians and researchers. The results of this project may open up the possibility of pharmacological therapy of AP and CP leading to reduced morbidity and mortality.
